Description: Pale blue-green compacted stone, slab type mask, carved with relief facial features, heavy ridge line and round check elements, possibly a coca chewer. A drilled perforation in each corner for attachment. Areas of root marks and mineral deposits on the surface. Intact, excellent condition. Custom base.
Provenance: Anastolio Estrada Morales collection, acquired in 1939, brought to the United States in 1942, by decent to his son, Rogaciano Ramirez, by decent to his son.
